I agree, there have been a few challenges that I’ve had to face where I interned this Spring, but in the end it all seems to work itself out and become a great learning experience. I have had to overcome differences among generations, having come from an art-design background and working with those who have never had any design experience can also be a learning curve, but luckily, I also work with people who are open and excited about my input there.
