I love when a company put together something that really shows appreciation for their employees but also becomes a tradition.

I also love that you got this opportunity from working at the restaurant they attended. It just shows you that everywhere is a networking opportunity and every job can give you something to bring you further in your career. Also it helps that burgers are pretty amazing too!
