This was a great read. I feel like you really put into words how students and interns often feel unsure about themselves in a professional environment. It sounds like you were able to gain both experience and confidence during your time a this internship. It is so interesting to work with food and drink experiences. Olivia, I loved reading this! Your breakdown of the campaign development process really captures how much strategy, organization, and collaboration goes into work that most people only ever see once it’s polished and posted.

I’m finishing up my Account Management course this semester, and everything you described aligns perfectly with what we’ve been learning. It’s so cool to see it play out in a real agency setting. I especially loved how you emphasized working backwards from the final deadline and the importance of constant communication between teams. Those small details and check-ins truly make or break a project.
