I really appreciate you sharing your story; it was a really motivating read! It’s amazing to see how your love of advertising has found a new home in the automobile industry, and it serves as a wonderful reminder that there are many different professional options available. It speaks much about your desire and flexibility that you were able to grow so much during your internship and venture beyond of your comfort zone, particularly with tools like Excel.

Having a supportive mentor like Brad and the business culture you mentioned truly caught my attention; those kinds of connections may make all the difference. The behind-the-scenes activities, such as the port and retailer visits, also seem fantastic. That Volvo provided you with such a comprehensive understanding of the company is fantastic.

I hope this internship ends well for you, and I know you’ll succeed whether it’s in advertising, the automobile industry, or perhaps both!

It was so interesting to hear about your unique opportunity at Volvo. I’m sure it was intimidating being involved with such a large company, but it sounds like you made the most of it! That’s super cool to hear that this is your second internship with Volvo! The car industry always seemed super interesting to me and after reading your post I have a bigger appreciation for Volvo seeing how great they treat their employees. Being able to see the port and the museum also seemed like super cool perks of your internship.
