It helps to add a modern feel to this old city! The promo video highlighted Philly in a very positive light and it was nice to see especially because Temple is located in a rough part of North Philly! It was refreshing to be reminded of all the great things there are to do here because living in North Philly does make it easy to forget!

That is so awesome that you got to be a part of this! I am actually really interested in knowing more about your internship at the PHL CVB such as what department your working in? I’m from Reading, PA and interned at the CVB there this past summer doing some graphic design and social media stuff and wondered how the internships may be the same or different from a smaller city to a larger one.

Funny that you wrote about this, because I’ve been interning at the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau so this has been my life the past 3 or so months! I’m really proud that I get to say I’ve been a part of this process. I’m hoping to post a blog entry soon about an Annual Luncheon event I attended for the PHL CVB which revealed a cool preview of this new material to businesses of Philly before they launched it to the public. I especially love the video!
