I was also nervous at first. Because I was not sure if I was going to good at social media or how I was going to be at being the only intern. So I definitely know what you mean. I do agree that diving into your first internship experience can originally be a very intimidating task. However, I am so glad to hear that it was not at all as intimidating as you thought it would be and that you were welcomed to speak up and generously share what was on your mind at all times. It is a very comforting feeling to have that first internship under your belt because it certainly does provide you with the confidence to move forward and look into applying to more. Small advertising agencies are great because they do provide that intimate work environment that makes you feel welcome and like a true team member. I wish you nothing but the best moving forward!
