I loved reading about your experience at Remembered Events. I also interned at an event planning company this semester, so I can relate to a lot of your circumstances. The difficulties brought on by COVID-19 have made it very challenging in the event planning landscape. I agree that client relationship management is similar to account management as you have to ensure you are making the customer happy always. I’m glad you were still able to learn about the ins-and-outs of event planning and valuable skills that will help you in the future.
