My Name is Collin Cataldo, I am a senior Advertising major with a concentration in Account Management.

At CHOP, our mission drives all that we do. When I began at CHOP, I quickly learned that each person has a different 'why?" behind working at the institution and it was clear to me that I wanted to hear as many stories as I could during my time on the team.

For recent immigrants and international students like us, getting our first internship is a huge accomplishment and a pivotal moment in our lives.

It was awesome to see my design/idea printed out, then to hear from everybody that was really happy with it (I sent one to my mom to put on the fridge).

The first day of my senior year was my first day at Merz Branding.

This internship has given me the opportunity to use my advertising knowledge for what I’m most passionate about - music.

The best thing I have learned from my time at Carousel is if you want to be taken seriously, you need to stand up for yourself and voice your thoughts.

I was convinced that I would be doing stuff that served no interest to me or what I like to do before accepting the internship, and I was proven wrong almost immediately.
