Hello everyone! I’m Julia, and I’m currently studying advertising and communications at Temple University. I’m super excited to share my thoughts and experiences with you all as an Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee Intern. Let’s dive in!
My experience at Enterprise Mobility has been extremely beneficial and valuable, providing many insights into the rental car industry. I’ve learned the importance of clear communication to ensure smooth operations between customers, other branches, and employees.
Some key takeaways I’ve learned from this internship are the importance of customer service, satisfaction, punctuality, and time management. A founding value that is most important at Enterprise Mobility is “Customer service is our way of life.” Every client interaction has the need for patience, problem-solving, empathy, understanding, and turning major challenges into opportunities for personal and professional growth. A huge way to grow within the company is by referring customers to car sales. Car Sale leads are the easiest way to become one of the top performers in the company. Two customers I’ve referred to car sales have bought vehicles from Enterprise. This not only boosts sales in the rental department, but it also helps the Enterprise Car Sales Team.
Ultimately, this internship has shown me the importance of professional growth alongside my colleagues. Although personal growth is extremely important for an Enterprise employee, it is equally important to grow within the company to be successful in your branch. This experience has shown me the importance of integrating a company culture that prioritizes growth, forward-thinking strategies, and integrity among customers. Working alongside highly valued employees has taught me lessons in business management, leadership, and success.
