Klein Hersh

Klein Hersh International is a full-service executive search firm for the life sciences and information technology fields. They provide retained and contingency search services as well as contract staffing in the life sciences and IT niches. When searching for clients they look for their core values: integrity, honesty, full disclosure and partnership. As an intern for Klein Hersh, I work on creating Internet research projects seeking out talented individuals to fit the specific needs of our clients, entering information into our database, working on our LinkedIn site and some administrative work. So far my experience has taught me how to narrow in on specifics and to really stress the details. When researching for clients I have to look over and search for every single detail. This internship opportunity has also taught me how to interact with clients in a real atmosphere. In school, most of the time client situations were stimulated but were not real cases. As for right now I am not sure if I wish to pursue a career in life sciences but I am enjoying the experience it is providing me with right now.
