Flashback Friday at CBS

When I was about ten years old, I was in love with Aaron Carter. I had his posters, all of his CD’s, knew all of his songs by heart, and even had dreams of marrying him one day! So when he came to CBS as a guest on Talk Philly one Friday afternoon, I needed to meet him. My ten-year-old self was very anxious and excited but when my twenty-year-old self met him, she wasn’t so star struck. We chatted and took a few photos and he was a very nice guy. All I kept thinking was that about a decade ago, I was in love with this guy and never in a million years did I think I would meet him. But there I was having a normal conversation with him like he was just another employee in the building. I also never thought that I would be interning at CBS. It excites me to think about where I’ll be in another ten years and who I’ll meet along the way. This whole experience has taught me that my career path is not limited and as cliché as it sounds, I really can do whatever I put my mind to.
