On To the Next Campaign
Hi everyone! I’m Ally Fisher and I am a senior here, at Temple. Right now, I am interning at AmerisourceBergen Corporation, working as their Corporate Marketing Intern. I started off my internship over the summer and have been here ever since! I’ve had the opportunity to work on some great projects, including a great campaign for National Intern Day. Getting the chance to work at a corporate company has been different than all of my other internships. I have had the chance to work in Public Relations, non-profit and small agency, but I think I finally found my niche at AmerisourceBergen.
During my time at AmerisourceBergen, I have worked on many different projects, the first of them being the National Intern Day Campaign. Since then, I have moved on to work on many different social media campaigns. This was something new that I haven’t worked on at any other internships. Getting the experience with all the different platforms to build the campaigns and executing them has been a ride! One of the things that I like the most is getting to go back to the client later and reviewing the campaigns to present the data. Reviewing the campaign to see what worked and what didn’t. Putting all that into a presentation to present back to figure out next steps. At the moment, I run about seven to eight campaigns so, there is never a dull moment when I am in the office! I can’t wait to see what else I learn from this amazing company.
Hey Ally!
It’s so awesome that you got to intern for different companies over the year and found your niche at AmerisourceBergen. The National Intern Day Campaign you got to work on sounds like an interesting project. You must have learned so much from all the different projects especially getting to work on multiple social media campaigns. Seven to eight campaigns to work on is crazy! Social media is blowing up, and the ability to be able to utilize social media is a great skill to have under your belt. It sounds like you’re having an awesome time at your internship and I hope the rest of your last semester is great too!
